to the processing of the data indicated for purpose (c), as specified in Art. 37 of the General Exhibition Regulations, including the communication of such data to subjects identified by the Organizer in order to facilitate the Exhibitor’s promotional activities.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Exhibitor, acknowledging that this application is binding and irrevocable, declares to have thoroughly reviewed and to specifically approve in writing the following clauses of the General Regulations:

Art. 29 (Exhibitor’s exclusive liability regarding compliance of its products with applicable regulations),
Art. 35 (Deadlines for submitting forms),
Art. 36 (Organizer’s right to amend or supplement the rules governing participation in the event and related services).
